Default I think my body is getting payback...please give me some insite.

Im going crazy!
i think I am finally paying the price for being up and down from Nov. to the first week in January! Through the holidays i kept getting on and off plan wich made me go up and down in weight. Let me put it this way the most recent holiday trouble i had. December 31st weighed in at 206. Literally the next day 210. then Janurary 1-5th off plan weighed in 213. So no I have been back on plan steadily losing then suddenly my body does this >>>>>>>>>>
>>this weekend from friday- 207.4
>>woke up saturday-209.4
>>woke up sunday- 210
>>woke up today(monday)- 207.4

I have been on plan all weekend and i think my body is getting payback and laughing at me! has anyone else seen this happen to them before? please let me know so i dont go crazy in my head!

Happens to me all the time. It can be a variety of things but it is probably just water weight.

I agree that it probably is water weight. Trying weighing your once a week or ever few days. I used to do it daily and all it really does is piss me off because it changes within the hour lol. When you do weight yourself, do it after you wake up and have gone to the bathroom in the morning because from sleeping you can retain anywhere from 1-4lbs of fluid and waste. So try to weight yourself around the same time or generally after waking up. Doing it later in the day you may be carrying more water than you were in the morning, especially when it's that time of the month. Also if you're feeling bloated drink a glass of water and squeeze a half to a whole lemon and it'll make you pee like Niagara Falls. Hopefully this was a little helpful. Best of luck!

I dnt think u should weigh yourself everyday. Try weighing yourself once a week, 1st thing in the morning, after u pee, and before u eat. Thats how I do it. It always works. Your weight changes after u eat, and throughout the day.

Ok Jes - So i weigh myself pretty much every day. I know, I know, almost everyone says don't do it, but I like to see how different foods affect me, and I am also an instant gratification person lol.

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. It messes with you girl (hence, why they tell you to only weigh yourself once a week). So, I've fluctuated by 5 lbs in one day, and when I was around 165, the scale would read like this: M -169, T - 164, W - 165, R - 165, F - 168, S -165, S -169, M -163, T -166....arrgh. It's water weight. Just don't let it affect you - the weight will come off in due time. And when it really gets to you, keep posting, so you can hear other stories like mine :-D

Same for me I weigh myself in the morning and before I go to bed. My weight fluctuates at least 3-5lb during the day but the next morning its back down to what I consider my "current" weight. Then after a week or 2 Ill get a woosh in my weight and drop to the next 5lb bracket on the scale. Drives me crazy some days Im afraid I might of hit a plateau so I try not to think about it to much and just keep doing what Ive been doing.
