The other day my sister and I went to the mall and were in Romancing the Stone. I was looking at the scarves and bent down. My sister had wandered off. When I stood back up she was right beside me and basically said "Oh, I didnt realize that was you cause you're getting so skinny!"
TOTALLY MADE MY NIGHT. I know I'm nowhere near skinny or even thin or fit yet but It really makes my day to be told something like that especially by my 110 pound sister!
So today I'm stressed and I'm pretty sure I've already eaten my days worth of calories by grazing all morning and its only noon. But knowing that I've come this far helps me remember that one day will not make or break my life!
