I'd like to be in the 180s and as close to an overweight BMI (185 lbs) as possible. If my 1lb/week weight loss continues, I will be at 187/186 by the new year.
I'd love to be at 194 pounds! This is exactly 10kg from where I started, so that would be fantastic. I've been badly stalled for the past few weeks - I'm thinking about cutting out alcohol entirely for a few weeks (hard to do at this time of year!) and hoping that moves me forward a bit
