they will subside eventually just wait a lil longer..... lol and yes when i drink huge amounts of water and slow for awhile a crave a nice big icy glass of water. mmmmmm *runs to get one*

if your still having trouble over the pop... choose the diet light coloured pops instead of dark pops... (they have more sugar) or use some thing like crystal lite that way ur getting a flav of something.
