I sleep fitfully and have nightmares if I have sugar/carbs too near bedtime. I try not to have carbs with supper. Also when I was dieting I would get hungry in the middle of the night which could keep me from sleeping, so I'd simply eat a hard boiled egg shortly before going to bed... the protein and fat content kept me satiated til morning and eggs are only about 60 calories each.

A mug of Sleepyime tea is enough to knock me out cold. Not 10 minutes after I finish drinking, my eyes start closing and my head gets heavy.

That Valerian root..I tell you what.
