Hello all!
It's already monday over here so...
I've been awol for a while for a slew of reasons... first of all, i'm recovering from a week (+) of on/off bingeing so i was kinda embarrassed... gained all my weight back. feeling quite depressed about it, but whatever.
the second thing is that i was sick for several days last week, with intense terrible migraines that were so bad i actually had to take 2 days off work. now, for several years now, i've been getting migraines that last anywhere from 1 to 4 days (though usually about 2) before, during or at the end of my period. i was told it was because of the hormones from my BCP. i never wanted to stop taking the pill before, because it seemed like i could just deal with the pain for a few days. but this is the second month in a row that i had super-intense migraines that cost me work days, and i just don't wanna deal with that anymore, so i decided to stop taking the pill.... let's see how THAT goes.
anyhow, so you heard i was being all bad with food and stuff, but now i have a renewed will (again) and decided to be really strict about it. no more dicking around with not-exercising. i'm starting tonight as soon as i get home from work. hopefully i can see a change, and more importantly, stick to it.
