This is a very interesting thread for me, as I've been getting frustrated (and really shouldn't be!) I don't have my most current measurements, as they are due to be taken next week, but in my journey which started at the beginning of May, I've hardly lost ANY weight, but I'm down two sizes. I'm at the gym regularly (with a personal trainer) and militant about watching what I eat, so not seeing that scale drop rapidly is so frustrating. However, fitting into clothes that haven't been able to fit for awhile is a nice feeling, so I need to just get over it. It's just that I'm so focused on the number, and really do need to lose the pounds, that I'm wondering when the meltdown will finally begin to happen...

I have lost a ton of inches, it is so satisfying to tally them up! To put it in perspective, at a weight well below my highest, I got married. Now, five years and three kids later, my wedding dress falls off my shoulders to the floor. My current hip measurement is smaller than my waist used to be! It feels darn good

Current weight: 191-192, height 5'3"
Hips: 48.5
Waist: 37
Bust: 48

I can't wait to see what the next twenty pounds off brings, in terms of reshaping me, but I am super happy with my progress (even if 36J bras are SUPER hard to find ).

I like this thought it is strange because we are all different heights. Different bodies are fun. lol.

I'm 5'11 and didn't track measurements at first but am currently
39 1/2
30
40
This brings me to the topic of jeans. Hello, if a 29 fits around my belly button and I'm wider there than at the waist, uh....why is it a 29? lol. Silly.

I really want to lose fat on the outer and inner side of my my thighs but that seems like impossible I guess. I keep losing fat on my arms, face, boobs..
Hello khat!

We're actually pretty close to the same measurements and weight, may I ask how tall you are?

Last time I took my measurements 2 months ago I was 37-27-37, now I'm 37-26-34 without that many pounds lost in between, so I'm glad I checked my measurements, it definitely gave me an emotional boost this morning.

I am currently 136.8 lb, 5'3" & 34-28.75-37.75. I'm a pear type but I have broad-ish shoulders and a medium frame. My troublesome areas are definitely my waist, my inner thighs and my upper arms.

I took my measurements in April (a month into the new lifestyle) and just at the beginning of the week.

04/16/2011
Chest:40"
Waist: 35"
Hips: 48"
Biceps: 13"
Thighs: 28"

07/10/2011
Chest:38.5"
Waist: 31.5"
Hips: 43.5"
Biceps: 12.5"
Thighs: 23.5"

Holy crap I've never noticed I lost a total of 14.5 inches!!!

I didn't take measurements when I started...should have!

I've lost 1/2 of my goal weight, and I am now at:

38 bust
32 waist (at belly button)
43 hips
24 thigh
