I don't really have any after pictures except my avatar, but I'll put the whole picture of me in here since I'm glad my legs looked good in the shorts I was wearing!


Before: (135lbs, 140lbs, 145lbs)


After: (127lbs)


I have the HARDEST time with my ARMS! They just want to hold on to fat. My arms look a lot trimmer now and my boobs went from a spilling-over DDD to a comfortable, no-spillage DD.

I will get another after image soon, I just got used to taking no pictures at all for a loooong time!

dorian5 Such a cutie! You have made amazing progress girlie! I have the opposite problem... Arms stay toned with little to no effort and my legs don't even resemble normal-looking legs ( IMO) unless I weigh less than 140lbs...

Wow, I haven't been on in quite awhile and I've never posted a picture, but everyone's pictures are so inspirational!
I've lost over 40 pounds over the past few months and I'm now just trying to maintain/ drop those tricky last few pounds.

This is from the end of April 2011, around 132. I've since lost a few more pounds, but don't have a more recent picture yet.

I've got to say, I'm not nearly as toned as I though I would be after losing all that weight!

i saw these photos earlier and i'm really shocked at the difference









the before photos were taken in october, so i had already lost a good 25-30 lbs at that point, which is kind of alarming!

Beautiful pics, y'all (everyone)!! Dorian, all of your pics look beautiful.. you're so small now!

Here's a couple of my before & after's... I have some mid-progress pics, but these are beginning & present.





SW (1/2009): 150lbs; current GW: 113; today's CW: 115.. I got down to GW a couple times this year, but if I don't stay on track (clean eating and exercise), the number creeps back up.

Very cool to see all your pics, you girls are pretty! Time I take my first "before" pic.

@mmkay - love to see your pics, as I think I look like your before pic, so knowing after/halfway can look like that is superduper inspiring! I just can't imagine what my legs could look like without the fat. Hihi.

I took some pics today to compare to future pics. I have already lost around 3 lbs (starting weight of 128). Goal weight is 115.

As you can see, I seem to gain it in my legs/butt/arms but not my stomach as much. It makes it hard to hide with clothes.

Starting Weight: 128 (sorry, don't have any pics)

Current weight: 125
