I am hosting a superbowl party this year and have been tasked with building a HEALTHY
snackstadium. I made one last year and it was a big glorious calorie ladden diet trainwreck.
This year I am going to make a low-cal version. My (frat boy) neighbor is making a fatty nasty junk foody one and I want to smash it with the healthy one!
No idea what to make it with! I was thinking vita tops or pita bread for the sides...hummus and salsa endzones...but am open to any and all suggestions!! Any fun low-cal ideas?? There will be at least 30 people to help eat it and I want to spread the non-transfatty love.
