I drink Crystal Light in place of diet coke and I count it as water. But I am really trying to get away from flavoured water and train myself to just drink it plain.
You can by "water infusers" from food stores and from amazon. You put fruit or veggies in them and put them in a glass or pitcher of water for an hour or so. I've been wanting to get one. If you want to cut back on the fake sugars and stuff, this might be good for you. It's all natural!
I love CL! Well, I drink generic versions. Haha, but yes I count it as water! I drink two pitchers of it a day. It's really the only way I get my water in every day. The tap water here isn't very good and I don't want to buy packs and packs of bottled water.
I drink generic CL with club soda and defiitely count it towards my water intake. I only drink it at night and it has helped me cut back my soda intake overall, which is a big positive change for me.
