I just had my official weigh-in after Thanksgiving--AND a family party last night. On both occassions I did fairly well but ended up munching on more appetizers than I wanted too so I was a little concerned. And: I still lost 2 pounds last week!!
AND last night everyone in my family was asking me if I'd lost weight and how I'd done it
. It made me feel so good that people noticed! No one had said anything about it on Thanksgiving and I was feeling a little down like no one had noticed. But then last night they were all like, "yeah I was talking about it with..." So basically they all discussed the fact that I looked like I'd lost weight. Which is freaking awesome
to me anyways. Lol.
