Last night before i went to bed, just for the heck of it, i stepped on my scale. it read 199.6 =] of course i was happy and elated..but i did not count it as a REAL weigh in. i do them in the mornings when i first wake up.
So this morning i got back on my scale and it was 199.
I MADE IT TO ONEDERLAND!!! as exciting as that is..im still not at my goal weight, so i wont get sooooooo happy and then possibly fall off track. im looking at it as a mini goal =]
But i would like to thank allllllll you wonderful posters who have given me inspiration, and motivation to keep up with my workouts and calorie countings. You guys have been great!
I hope to post again soon, when ive gotten down to my goal! then itll be a celebration!!!!!
That's such a nice feeling to have before you go to bed! I bet you had sweet dreams, lol.
I'm usually at my heaviest then... but like to check anyways as an indication of what I will be in the morning
