today I Weighed In At 192...my Original Goal Bt V-day Was 180 But Thats 12 More Lbs...so My 2nd Was 185, 7lbs, I Think I'll Achive That One!! Im Excited!!
No weight loss to report yet, I have actually gained 3lbs in one week just eating normal healthy food and working out with my trainer 5 days last week. I guess I just haven't found out what works for me yet. Yesterday ended my TOM, so maybe the bloating isn't gone yet.
Oh well, I am going to keep trying, Cardio and a training session is scheduled for tonight. I will meet my goal of 167lbs by Valentine's Day!!! Wish me luck
Hi everyone Not been weighing in for this challenge but I'll try weigh in by the weekend. Not that I'm expecting miracles as I've averaged at 1740 calories per day for the last week. I've just temporarily moved into a house that only has hard flooring in the bathroom, and I've avoided weighing there because the floor is always wet in the morning (plus it really really stinks in there). I'm going to look into buying a few tiles or a piece of plywood so I can start weighing in my room and am looking forward to moving to a nicer house by Valentine's too

I want to lose 5 pounds by V-day. so we are in the same boat (almost). Spicing up my workout with doing a dance- exercise video (only around 20 minutes) 4 days a week. It's fun, and hopefully will help me meet goal!!!
I am disappointed and glad since I am at 178.2 now. I have been working really hard for the past two weeks with little progress, so I may have to change my Valentine's Day goal. This weight loss rollercoaster is making me sick
