I'm starting a bit late but we'll say yesterday was my day #1 which went well.

Day #1
-I ate 1560 calories
-Burned off 357 at the gym
-Drank lots of water

Day #2
-I ate 1216 calories
-Didn't work out but was relatively active
-Drank lots of water

So far so good!!! I came in right at 1497 calories yesterday...but mainly that was because we had pasta for dinner, but I didn't have any bread, so that saved me in the end! haha

Day #5 is done!

~ Ate around 1600 calories
~ Drank 8+ glasses of water
~ Did extreme cleaning

I'm not feeling up to going to the gym tonight. I am rather stressed and think I am just going to pamper myself tonight after I organize my kitchen.

angelinelosesweight - I think this thread is an awesome idea. It really keeps me accountable!

I left my food journal at work!!!

I guestimated on how many points I had left - I think it was 14, but I only ate 10 for dinner. I'll make that up later.

Holy crap! I just did the 30DS level 1 for the first time in like 2 months. Please tell me how it's possible I got better at it?!? It's still HARD but I did so much better and all I've been doing is Yoga Booty Ballet since then. I'm on
Seriously, I feel like I'm actually finally in shape.

Ok enough of that I had a really good day and hopefully it will show on the scale when I weigh in!

Hi all! So I joined yesterday- Today was my first full day! Thanks for letting me join late.

Day 1 of 21

B- protein shake with a banana- 4pts
S- tuna sandwich (on 45 cal bread- two slices = 1pt and its sooo good!)-2pts
1 c grapes- 1 pt
L- pb and j sandwich and tuna sandwich- 5 pts (I was super hungry!)
fruit snacks- 2 pts
tootsie pop- 1 pt
D- edamame beans- 2 pts
pork filled bread thing- 3 pts
licorice- 2 pts

total= 22 pts
30 mins of p90x ( I was sooo tired today I could not finish the dvd, I did half of it though )

I feel like I did pretty good today- I know having to answer to everyone on this message board got me off the couch even enough to do half the dvd!

Day 4 of 21....I'm so excited that I am able to stick to this!!! I loved when we used to have the weekly goal threads because I was accountable to people other than myself!

Yesterday, I had 1395 calories, took a 45 minute walk with a friend of mine in the cold! haha, and stayed away from the sweets! I really wanted something chocolate, but I had a mint instead. It was after dinner, but close enough to bedtime that the mint held me over. Plus, I went to bed early! haha That helped too! I have my TOM right now, so I have a feeling that the chocolate craving will be coming back in full force! haha

I think its different for a lot of people. I only weigh myself once a week, but I know many people weigh themselves every day/more often than that. That's up to you

I weighed in today- lost .5 lbs

I also got my workout done for the day! Yipee! Now I just need to focus on my eating and water, water, water. Hope everyone has a good day!

Day #6.

- Ate around 1800 calories (I allot myself this amount for one day for that boost)
- Drank 8+oz water
- Walked about 35 mins

I am kinda' failing at going to the gym. I won't be home tomorrow, but I think I'll make myself go on Sunday since I have off. I want to start the 30DS again and actually stick to it for the 30 days.

Day 5 of 21....success!!! 1400 calories and an hour spent at the gym. I even did some weights while there because I have been slacking BIG TIME on weight training the past month or so.
