Finally
Whew.... so I'm not sure if anyone remembers but I was on here complaining awhile ago about how my fiancee wanted to work out and eat right but couldn't get motivated? Well..... he went to see a dietician this week and FINALLY, he is motivated. He has a diet that he has to follow, and he was also told he has to work out at leat 1 hour 3 days a week and 30 minutes every other day. This has helped to motivate me. I'm eating what he's eating, I'm working out with him, and I"m already down 3 pounds this week alone (since Sunday) crazyness... LOL I'm excited and of course I'm motivated because I'm seeing the change on the scale!
