Default I need a buddy (25 y/o who needs to lose 20 pounds!)
Hi everyone,

I was on this site over four years ago and found an amazing buddy and together we lost quite a bit of weight. Unfortunately, starting school back up again has been bad for my health and I have put on 20 pounds. They must go! My goal is to lose the weight by Spring break or Easter time. I am looking for someone who wants to e-mail almost every day about exercise, food intake, tips and hardships.

Well I'm sure you have TONS of buddies here on the site now, haha, but if you need someone to keep you accountable I'd love to. I could use all the "accountable" I can get at this point! I have a bit more weight to lose than you, but I do have a goal to have lost at least 25 pounds by June. If that's realistic or not, I don't know, but I feel like I can do it and I really NEED to do it because there are a lot of other things riding on this successful weight loss, lol!

Excellent! I am so excited to have a buddy. I find that my success really depends upon having another person who you are accountable to. I think that losing 15-20 pounds by Easter (April 12th) is reasonable if we stick to it. That gives us a little over 4 months, and comes out to a little over 1 pound per week. I am going to start keeping a journal of everything I eat each day and the calories or points (I used to do WW). What are you interested in getting out of a buddy?

I love having buddies! Im 28 and want to loose about 20 to 25 pounds. Also have done WW in the past but have fallen in love with fitday.com all of the sudden! If you want to be buddies send me an IM with your email.

Hey! I am from WISCONSIN as well! I am in graduate school at Madison. What about yourself?

I also like fit day although sometime it takes me way too long to figure that thing out! I usually just keep a pad of paper around!
