Default I need to confess.

Breakfast: Piece of PB toast with a soy yogurt (normal)
Snack: kettle corn, 2 mint cookies, and chips and beans(LOTS)
Lunch: homemade pizza and vegan meatballs
dinner: french fries, soy ice cream, sour candy.

UGH. I feel so icky. I have not drank ANY water today. This is the first time that I've binged in so long. I'm very disappointed in myself, and I feel like this is such a set back..

Tomorrow is a new day, I guess... It'll take me days to get back down to where I was.

Okay...

/end pity party.

Plan for the rest of the week (until my monday morning weigh in):
1200 calories (200 less per day to make up for today).
At least 100 oz of water.
30 day shred.

Atleast you understand that tomorrow is a new day
WE ALL slip up from time to time. Thats life.
Start fresh again at your next meal.

Hey- you slipped up. It happens - none of us are perfect. My bad days are SO MUCH worse than what you did today.

The BIGGEST thing you did was realize your behavior and changed it before it became a habit. WAY TO GO!!

Just drink extra water tomorrow to perhaps get rid of some bloat!

You're not the only one! Even though it may help to eat the 200 fewer cals per day, I would recommend allowing yourself your regular calories if you feel hungry. Remember, this isn't a sprint that just ends at the end of the day. If you're hungry one day, you're probably going to be hungrier the next day. Better to be satisfied and have it take a couple of extra days than to risk another day like this one.

Whenever I go off-plan, I just do some convincing head logic that that day was my occasional "metaboost" day... and to start tomorrow back on track, no excuses. Think of today as your every now-and-then duty to remind your body you're not starving. That means that after today, the weight will come off easier again. Ehh? Not bad.

You're back on track, that's the only important part. If you restrict too much, you may just end up binging again, or being unable to exercise, or making your metabolism worse. Just carry on!
