Default Results from 30 Day Shred

Hey everyone!
I have been going to the gym on a pretty regular basis and I love it! BUTand heres the thing...I am moving back to michigan in about 10 days and am giong to be living with my parents soooooo I am wanting to get the 30 day shred video. I know that there is a thread for people doing it for the month of october. Just curious as to everyone's progress and weight losses so far. And what else do I need besides the video so I can budget for it in the next 2 weeks for when I get there?? Thanks everyone....really wanna try this

I haven't done the 30 Day Shred as religiously as the others, but I have tried it out a couple of times. All you really need besides the video are some hand weights to use during the strength sections. But even those, you could probably use stuff you already have around the house...like canned goods or something.

Good luck!!! I have only done it about 3 times when I can find it on demand, but those times, I have definitely felt it afterwards!!

Thanks for posting this! I too am very interested in the final results of this program. I know there are many threads for support, but most seem to be in the process of the work out or haven't really stuck to it.
Has anyone FINISHED this program and followed it to a "T"??

Default Here We Go Again and I

both followed it to a "T" and finished this last week.

She lost 24 inches total.

I lost in the neighborhood of 12 inches, and seven pounds. I didn't have much to lose though. I toned up a lot from it. I can see the cut in my biceps, thighs, my shoulders and back, and that line in the center of my stomach. Not *quite* a six pack, but almost!

She started her 30DS over immediately. I'm restarting Monday doing it in level 1, 2, 3 order every day.

A lot more of the ladies doing it with us are finishing up this weekend and this coming week. If you actually read the posts, we did post our starting measurements and results. Here We Go Again was the winner by far, though. She's excellent.

Did you get those results by doing the 30 day shred alone daily?? or did you combine it with other exercise?

I'm active anyway. I was still doing sprints and running in the mornings but I found that it was a little too much on my old rickity ankles when combined with the shred. I do walk/run or ride my bike everywhere instead of driving, and I guess some people would consider that part of their daily exercise but I don't.

I attribute my results to The Shred. I did nothing different except add the shred in and prior to that had been at the same weight and measurements for at least 8 weeks. It works, I promise.

Awesome....I know that Here we go again had some great results just curious what other peoples were. Sounds like I am going to get it and start it in about 2 weeks here after I move. Until then I am going to try and get some more gym in and when I can't I will be doing my tae bo video which totally kicks my butt by the way! I am going to have to get some new dumb bells though because I got rid of mine before I moved out here inthe first place!

BLcarter - I've been following that thread and was motivated to order it to. I did day 1 yesterday and am feeling muscles in my stomach area. I don't remember the last time i felt those! As for the other stuff, you do need a mat and light handweights. I have 3 pound ones but need to get 5 pounds b/c those aren't enough. I was moderately active before this, and run a childcare center so I am pretty active throughout the day. Join the other thread once you get it. I think there is a love/hate relationship with Jillian for most of the women who have done the shred. Keep reading on the other thread though, like NishKitten said, the results are the proof...

Great to hear that people are getting good results from it. I'm going to start just as soon as I get my new DVD player set up!

I just finished the 30 DS. Now, I will let you know that I did miss a total of 6 days. Let me explain. 2 days off for a back injury. However, I did double up the next weekend. 3 days off for an impromptu vacation. However, I did workout at the hotel. I tacked those 3 days on to the end. Also, 1 day because I was being a loser and feeling sorry for myself for not seeing results. I also added this onto the end. But, so far I have seen some dramatic results.

I have lost 15 pounds. It kind of came in waves... 7 really quick then ssllloowww.... then none for 2 weeks, now 3 in 3 days! I will edit my post later with actual measurement numbers!

I just wanted to ask .. Do you have to do it for 30 days straight without skipping? or can to relax a day or 2 from the week?
