The first pic is me at around 255 or so and was taken in 3/08 about a month before I started my journey. THe second pic is me at around 227 or so. My cloths fit different but looking at myself in the mirror I couldnt really see but I certainly do now. THanks for all the support you guys give its such a great experience. I still have a little ways to go but onederland here I come!!!!!!!!

Thanks! I am trying I guess pictures help with motivation because I hate the first pic...LOL I can see a major difference in my stomach area. My weight always goes first in the upper body area. Hips and thighs are much slower but with time that should get better too.

Congrats! I'm at 22 pounds lost and I don't feel like I can see a difference. I don't have any good before pics- it really depends on the clothes I guess? Anyways, I know I'm different but don't see it and it's frusterating!
