Wow, girl, that is some amazing will power!!
A few years ago, my New Year's Resolution was to start sending things back. After all, I've worked in food service, and people do it all the time; I never hold it against them! I've done it once, since. Your story re-motivates me on that! AND the idea that you didn't just throw it down and think, "hey, not my fault, i tried to order healthy!" wow that's what I would have thought and just eaten it anyway...i'm going out for food tomorrow night. send me your

My advice and things I learned from this forum is stay away from salads...the dressings can be deadly and so can the "little things" added.

Grilled chicken, fish, or even a little steak with veggies and rice can be less calories than a salad!

And I have recently given up my white mocha and starbucks for an unsweetened iced coffee and then add my own slenda/half and half.

And here is some will-power for eating out tomorrow

I have to add here my brother is a chef and his opinion is, well if you exercise enough you can eat anything... Yeah maybe, but I'm not 6ft4 and a man...

I tend to choose pasta with tomatobased sauce and no parmesan if I go out, and eat only a reasonable portion. I've worked in a restaurant kitchen myself and it's so incredibly busy there no one takes offense if there if an unfinished portion comes back. Waiters are mainly preoccupied with their tips and the chefs are just cooking like it's going out of fashion
