So how are my girls doing this evening? Well i started my diet on fri. i had been starting n stopping n doing my own things but fri i started dr.g's physicians weight loss and wellness program ( the website if you want to see it is

i started it fri ya the worst day of the week to start but you know what i did it! and i go out to eat alot that night i had to go eat out n i did awesome sat n sun the same ive been doing very well, last night though we went to the marlins vs mets game(amazing) and im supposed to take the pills 1hr before i eat cause it takes away your hunger but we got their @ 4:30 (my bf is a baseball freak) and by 6:45 i was feeling horrible i was getting my period had horrible cramps n felt weak, so my bf told me take your pills so i did but we ate right away because he wanted to get food before the game started so yes i had a corn dog n a small diet coke ( im addicted to diet coke and havent had any in 6days) so it was wrong but thats all i have cheated with! im actually waiting for my food to finish cooking now so i can eat before school! lol well on friday im going to weigh myself i figure its exactly a week apart but im kind of worried because i just began my period and if thats going to make a difference.
so i need your help i know its good to weigh yourself first thing in the morning but is their anything different when your on your period or no we just got to suck up the **** mother nature gave us?
