Detoxing is something I've only done once in my life, right before a started my own healthier lifestyle a few years ago, so it's not my best field BUT...I do believe that eating nothing but fruit and vegetables for 2-3 days is a good way to detox your body, or so I've heard.
So just buy a bunch of fresh fruit, cut it up. and make your own fresh fruit salad with your favorite fruits, and whip up a little veggie tray.
