...all the way through without stopping!
This is a huge feat for me. I used to run track and cross country in school, and the mere thought of attempting it again caused me to draw ragged breaths. And there were
many of those throughout my attempt...instead of breathing in with two steps and out with two steps in a nice, runner's rhythm that I once had...it was like I was the sweaty, jiggly asthma poster child. I think one of the guys on the track was keeping an eye on me the entire time to make sure my lungs didn't accidentally exit my body. But I DID it. My mind was screaming for me to stop but I told it to stuff it. It was weird. I finished in 12 minutes.
By the way, I was surprised at how much HARDER running was than the elliptical...I can do an hour on that thing no problem! Maybe it's time I stepped up the program.
