Be under 200, and keep exercising after rehearsals start...

The second one is going to be WAY WAY tough, but I'm going to have to make it work, provided it doesn't make me have a breakdown!! But there is A LOT of dance in this show, and the choreographer is very high-energy, so I'm sure I'll at least be getting workouts at rehearsals!

2. At least 5 w/o's a week
3. WATER!! 4 bottles per day for a total of 8 servings of water.
4. Eat at home more often...

February Goals:
1. Try to squeeze in workouts 5 days a week-mix of cardio, pilates/yoga and weights-started out great, but kind of dwindled as the month went on
2. Keep up on drinking the water!-did pretty good, tried to drink at least three 20 oz. glasses of water everyday!
3. Be better at planning meals ahead.-not so much! I made better choices when shopping, but putting plan into action didn't get done.
4. Lose 8 pounds this month (I was close last month!)-Goal not met.

Goals for March:
1. Exercise at least 600 minutes this month-mix of cardio, weights and pilates.
2. Get up to 5 20 oz. glasses of water everyday.
3. REALLY plan out meals!
4. Lose 5 pounds by end of March.

March Goals:
1. Lose 5 lbs.
2. Be able to run a full mile w/o stopping. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal for some, but trust me it is for me!
3. Make veggies and fruits a CONSISTENT part of my diet.

so...how'd everybody do?

I wanted to get to 154.5 pounds, I got to 153.5 instead, woo hoo!

I ate breakfast about 4 out of 5 days, another win!

I didn't manage to work out 4.5 hours a week like planned, but I did pretty well just the same.

I had 5 beers in March, not the zero I was hoping for, but not terrible either.

In all I'm happy with how I did and I hope to keep it up for April, I want to be below 150 pounds by the end of the month, work out 1000 minutes this month, and keep up the breakfast and low/no alcohol consumption.
