Hi all! I am a 27 year old mom of three. I am here to lose weight and make friends along the way! I just graduated college (finally) and am ready to start looking for a job. I want to be 130 pounds by July. I started this journey about 2 weeks ago and have lost 7.5 pounds so far. I cut out all pop starting January 1st, and began counting calories and exercising a couple days later. I don't miss the pop at all and I feel so much better without it...(Psychological maybe?!)

I would love to have some buddies in the same weight range with similar goals! Please contact me becuase I need someone to hold me accountable, which is another reason I am here.

Has anyone tried that new Alli pill? I am thinking about it, although I hear it has some unpleasent side effects. I would love to hear from anyone who is taking it or has tried it!

Great job on cutting out the sodas! I did that years ago and it really helped me lose weight fast. It also made me feel a lot better psychologically and physically.

Congratulations on graduating, that's quite an accomplishment! If you can do that then I'm sure you can lose the weight. Just stay here, even if you don't post, reading other people's posts help.

I haven't tried the Alli pill nor do I know anyone who has, but I have heard of the side effects. I usually use good ol' coffee to help me along the way. I can't live without it.

Coffee is a life saver, isn't it?! LOL! Great job on your weight after two babies! I have had three and here I am! I kept a few lbs after each one, but it is high time to banish them!!
