Default What do you do

for the last 2 weeks we have been hot and very humid with no end in sight. when i get done with work i don't really feel like doing any thing and i mean any thing. what do you do when it is hot and humid. how do you guys stay motivated during the hottest parts of summer luckly weather like this generally happens in late July early August in wisconsin. then comes winter and you want to fid ways to say warm.

It's hard, for sure. I do more "leisurely" things to get exercise. If I don't run early in the morning or early evening, my fiance and I will go to a huge local park and walk (about 3 miles) or play frisbee and while it may not be an intense cardio session, it's not daunting, either. We just try to keep busy doing things that don't scare us back inside. The same worked really well when I was in the south for part of the summer... My girlfriends and I would go power walking when we got off work and after sitting in an air-conditioned office all day, I needed the warm up!
