I weigh myself on random days, but always in the mornings. I only record once a week, mid-week.

I'm always lighter on Sat and Sun because I get up later, so I guess I've just lost more water... or something

I am fascinated by the "poop paradox": I always weigh about 1 lb MORE after going to the toilet! Can anyone explain that???

I've learned from others and my own experiences, to not weigh everyday. I haven't bought a scale for that reason alone. You get so wrapped up with the pounds you gain or lose day to day, that you lose sight of the big picture. I already worry about other things and that would just be too much. To you all that do it every day... I give you all props.
