My April goals:
1) Weight train at least 3x per week.
2) Get some exercise at least one day on the weekends (I'm usually a 5-weekday-workout kind of girl).
3) I'd really like to break 170 lb by the end of the month.
4) Stay optimistic and keep the super-obsessive demons at bay!
5) ...non-weight related, keep up the flossing every day -- have to keep the gingivitis away!
