I introduced myself in the Introductions board, but I thought that I would say it again. So Hi! Here's a (possibly) silly newbie question for ya:
What is this C25K thing that I keep seeing mentioned in the exercise discussions? Is it the Couch Potato to 5K thing on cool running dot com? If so, I loooove it! I am on week 2 and I can't believe that it is really working. Especially for little ole me who smoked a pack a day two months ago, and now I am running 90 seconds at a time in less than two weeks! Without being chased by someone!
If that isn't it, then what is it?
