Lightbulb Weekly Weigh In: Jan 15th-21st.
I saw this board on the 100lb club, and thought I would start one on here. Everyone can post their weekly weigh in, and get support, praise, and chat with friends.

So, I'll start.

Friday's are my weigh in.

Last week: 213
This week: 209
Total lost: 4lbs

thanks. Im busting my butt, plus have my mom and a friend im walking with every night to keep me going. Plus starting Monday we will put 5$ each in a jar each monday and in a month, whoever lost to most gets money

Wow, that's awesome. Never heard of anyone doing that before, but that sounds like a cool idea.

Glad to hear that you have support from your loved ones. That really makes a difference.

Im kind of upset because I only lost a pound this week, but hey..its a pound I guess! Ive lost a total of 11 pounds and I will be starting a walk program next week to see if I can lose at least 2 pounds per week.
