I know I have been MIA for a while now. As far as eating right and working out...I haven't been at all. For the last week I have been sick, bad cold I think. I haven't even been to work since last Monday, and don't feel like going today but don't really have a choice. Anyway, I finally broke down and realised that I can't quit smoking without a little help, so I bought the patch and haven't smoked since 7:00 p.m. last Monday, so today is my 7th day!!! That damn patch was so expensive that alone will keep me from smoking again. Anyway, just wanted to update all of you! I hope you are all doing well and having a good holiday season.

Thanks to all the ladies who have given me supportive comments on my blog!!! There are some very dramatic and terrible things going on in my family right now, please keep them in your thoughts!!!

And thanks to Fae for always checking up on me when I haven't been around for a while!!!

I love you ladies and hopefully will be back in full force soon!!!

Congrats with the patch. Everyone's different, dahlink.. and if I could quit (4 months since officially quit, 2 since last cig) then anyone can!
