I just did 3 miles with the walk belt. I didn't feel like exercising but I did it anyway now I'm gonna hit the shower and do some things around here today.

This is my first "weekly chat" thread I've participated in. Looks like just general chatter (kinda nice sometimes). Hubby and I are starting back to the gym together this week which will help. He's starting a new shift so we'll be able to spend more time together and he'll be home more during daylight hours LOL.

Playing with my dogs, working on training my big guy (that's a job and a half LOL) and just my regular day to day stuff. Hope everyone has a great week ahead of them!!!!!

Congratulations Heather!! Can't say it enough. You show that with some effort and a lot of determination it can be done!

And Welcome bassetbabe!!!This is a great little corner. Looking foreward to getting to know you. Congrats on going to the gym with hubby, I find having a buddy is a great motivator.

Its hard to believe we are ready to embark on another week! Only a month and a half and it could be spring! This week was closer to a normal week with hubby back at work finally. Our furnace is acting up again so I guess I'll have to get the repair guy back again or something. Other than that not much new around here.
Anyway I better get going and do some cleaning, especially if I have to have a repair man show up

Hi girls,

FIL's visit went well and I forgot that he hadn't seen our house since it was remodeled. We originally bought it to fix up and sell, but ended up moving in. It was a real peace of crap, to be polite. My fiance is a contractor though and did it all himself. Anyway, most everything in it was replaced so I think he was pleasantly surprised.

The best part of having company is that now my house is clean. Also, I was forced to take down all my Xmas decor that I had been putting off. I ended up with 10 storage bins full! That's not counting the 3 trees in their own box!

I've been cutting down this week on the food. I haven't been perfect and that's OK, but it beats the heck out of what I was eating. I'm down 4 lbs already but it's not officially weigh-in day yet.
