I have read that it is good to include juice from the following fruits:
Goji, Acai, Noni and Mangosteen
I've been drinking a 1 ounce shot each day (I should probably be drinking 2-1 ounce shots a day) of a product that I found at Whole Foods called: Fusion 4 (wild harvested) that includes all 4 of the above fruits (I believe they are fruits and/or berries). The Fusion 4 says it is a "Liquid Dietary Supplement".
I'm about out of this product and wouldn't mind something that tastes a bit better. I'm not intested in ones that are sold through an MLS (sorry).
What product(s) have you found that you like? Do they contain all of those fruits or just some?
