Question can't find the right calorie limit

Hi

I read this forum pretty often, although I have been away for a while, and I post occassionally and have always gotten great help, so I'm back for more advice

Lately I just can't seem to find the right level of calories to consume..I've been keeping a close track mydailyplate.com and I either gain or do too little and then binge...badly

I weigh about 107 (preference is 105), I exercise moderately 5 days a week for 35 minutes and weight train 3x a week for about 40 minutes...One of those sessions is with a personal trainer, and some of the cardio sessions are intervals (usually one of the five, no more than two).

What do you all think is an appropriate amount...I'm rapidly approaching 50
and my BF% is 21-22%

Thanks in advance,

Are you trying to lose or maintain? What do all the online calculators say?

The only way to find out for sure is to accurately and consistantly track your caloric intake and tweak it until you are maintaining. There is no other accurate way. All calculators whether they are online or the dr.s will just give you an estimate.

Since you have been tracking and know where too little is and where too much is, start somewhere in between.
