Default Need a nice group to join
I'm having my baby in about two weeks and my mind has been wandering along the lines of losing the weight I've put on so I poked my nose back in here again. I've managed to put on a disgraceful 50 lbs, twice the 25 I had planned on!!

I know a chunk of that will come off straightaway and in the first week or so, but that will leave me with probably 30 lbs to lose.

My old group has dissipated but I really want to join a nice supportive group to help me get back into my slim clothes (currently hanging about in a bag in the attic).

Anybody want me?

Welcome! What type of plan are you following? That might be a great place to find an awesome support group. Maybe, by age group? I usually hang out on the 100lb club threads. Take a look around. I'm sure you'll find threads that you really enjoy.

I'll be calorie counting. Last time I sort of fell in with a group that was just starting, but I feel funny joining an already existing group who all already know each other.

One suggestion from someone who's BTDT. Get the clothes out of the bags in the attic and put them in your drawers and closet. Out of sight out of mind. But if they're a constant reminder, they're a push in the right direction.
