I am also new to this community, but I already have a good feeling about things here from all of the helpful and supportive people that I have seen and the inspiring stories that I have heard. In my opinion, any weight loss program is good, as long as you get the structure that you need and find the right balance. Personally, I think the most important thing is that you find something that works for you, fits your way of life, and is something that you can stick with! Well, that is just my humble two cents.
