Default Happy Birthday to ME!!!!!


Today is my 23rd birthday and according to the scale I'm up to 192!!! TOM is coming next week so I know that has a lot to do with it and plus the fact that my eating has not been the best it could be the last few weeks. On Monday, I am taking no prisoners and going back in head first!!! No more excuses, I have not come this far to quit now!!!

The amazing thing is it has not ruined my day!!! I am learning more and more each to "take it easy" as some would say!!! My stress level has decreased so much in the last year it's amazing!!

Of course the same stressful things are here as they were this time last year (money, work, etc.,) and probably be the rest of my life, well expect for one very annoying BF, but I am actually learning to handle them a lot better now. I used to let things get to me so much I'd suffer anxiety, I still do but no where near as much as before.

This last year has surely been a test and it looks like I've passed it so far beacuse I'm still here, and much lighter than I was last year!!!

So to end this lengthy note, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!

I get to eat cake!!!!

I had a wonderful weekend!!!! I had so much fun!!!! 23 is def. looking up!!!!
