The only numbers I have (yet) are my resting heart rate, which was usually almost 90 and now is about 66. Sometimes I can't even believe that change is true and re-check it!
I know it's crazy how quick you can get it down isn't it? First time that happened to me was last year when I was seriously exercising... I think it was barely 2 months and it was down to 60ish.
I was shocked I could weigh that much and get it down that quickly.
