I'm joining
My goals:
My birthday is at the end of August, like my sig says. I want to be down to 155 or less, so that I'm no longer overweight by the time I turn 21.
! I haven't been drinking much at all, and I'd like to at least get a little tipsy on the day that I can finally buy my own booze!
Things I'm already doing (but keeping them up is a goal):
-Eating between 1,200 and 1,800 calories a day, with 1,500 as my daily average
-Eating less than 50g fat, less than 200g carbs, less than 2,000 mg sodium, 75g+ of protein, and 20g+ of dietary fiber.
-Riding my bike 20 miles 4 days a week, running 15-60 minutes 3 days a week, doing weight training with hand weights 15 minutes every morning, doing 5-10 minutes of abs exercises, and going to the gym... well... at least once or twice.
I also do pilates if I'm inspired to, which usually happens about twice a week.
I've done a lot of research on the most effective ways to lose weight, and I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right... so I hope I can be down to 155 or less by my birthday.
