I am going to set my goal for 135 this month. At the pace I am going it could be more but I really want to drop a run and replace it with some X-training.
I'll be cheering for you. I'm just starting out, my goal is to walk at least a half hour everyday on my treadmill (now cross your fingers that my youngest will continue with his afternoon nap).
I'm following a training schedule for my half marathon, so I suppose I could add up all the miles on it and make that my goal. But I'm much too lazy to do that, so I'm just going to guess that I'll be running about 60 miles. Didn't run today, though.
I dont count it on how far I run because my tredmill is confusing I count it on how long I run for my tredmill is quite advance so you can change the hight your running at so one day ill go running on about level 3 for half an hour and the next day ill go walking up a hill for 30 mins.
But I think what your doing is great

I am going to shoot for 30 miles this month since I fell off the bandwagon last month. Today i did 2 miles of walking. Maybe I will get some more in later since it's already the 4th.
