Becca - a good protein fix is 3 eggs whites scrambled and I top it off with about a tablespoon of salsa. Of course, I'm now aware of all the sodium in egg whites and I'm not too happy...but it works.
Also, you can do a Slim Fast Optima..oops...I mean an LA Slimdown...and that counts as 1 protein and a starch (I find these great for those on the fly mornings!
As far as Peanut Butter, I like the Better'n Peanut Butter (sorry, but I got it at Trader Joes). I think it's really good. 2T have 100 calories, 2.5g of fat, 95 mg of sodium, 13g Carb and 4g protein. It's all natural, no saturated or trans fats, gluten free, dairy free, no preservatives...(website is betternpeanutbutter.com).
