What does everyone eat for breakfast?

This is where I am having trouble. I am used to having a bowl of carbs with milk and fruits. I am not a big egg person. I couldnt eat them daily.

I would love to know what you have.

I am about to grab a V8 and a couple slices of Roasted Turkey Breast that I made last weekend. But just feel like I need something else.

Thankyou!

I eat eggs mostly, with some veggies and LF cheese. I also have LF ham with that also. I'm an egg person but i'm getting tired of eating eggs. I was also wondering what everyone was eating in the morning... That would help.

Default Breakfast ideas

For the most part I eat eggs, but for a change I'll make a P1 pancake (w/ricotta, eggs, cinnamon and splenda & topped w/SF syrup) or P1 crepes. They're a nice change and also help if I'm in the mood for something sweeter. I've actually had these for other meals as well -- w/a serving of veggies, of course.

P1D8, I can vaguely make out P2 in the distance. I am really looking forward to a few strawberries or some cantolope. Also wanting to make those PB "cookies" but haven't had the time, it's been a busy few days, trying to make the mortgage birthday shopping two parties, painting the little's room. I didn't eat at all yesterday until 11:00. I was just too on the go and frankly didn't really think about it until the party where there was CAKE (or satan as I like to refer to it) Of course there's another party tonight and there will be more cake I am making sure to eat regularly today and something beachy before said party but I can't gaurantee that I won't have cake. Well with that kind of attitude who could!!! I think it's 1 day and 1 piece of cake. and if I can't learn to moderate like that then I'll fail anyway. So, maybe 1 piece of cake won't hurt. Tell me I'm dillusional. anyway. It was egg/Tuna salad (mayo this time- NO Miracle whip, it sucked but it was more beachy!) and LF cottage cheese. The water bottle at the cooler needs changed and I am thirsty but there are no burly guys available at the moment so....

Hey chicks,
I was MIA yesterday but remained a good girl. I'm on P1 D5 and still no major cravings so I guess that 's a good sign. I think I might end up having some cravings around day 6 or 7 atleast that's what happened in the past. I was able to fight off the urge for pizza and french fries which my enabler husband bought for himself and our children for lunch and dinner yesterday. I stupidly hurt my foot and its driving me crazy with the throbbing. Anyways, I hope everyone is doing well.
Caryn- yes, I also have 3 children. Ages 2, 4 and 7 and they are all girls much to my DH's dismay. lol.

Thanks to the well-wishers. I had an interview today at the Curves where I work out. Talk about pressure to stay on track. I was super excited to get the interview though. I'm doing pretty good so far (p1d5) and I am looking forward to seeing what the scale says in a few days. I'm anxious but excited. Well gotta go get my young one from school. Again thanks to the people who responded to my post, was kinda afraid no one would notice it.

Good morning. I survived the dinner party last night. Terri had hummus, tabbouleh and grilled chicken breasts so I did a controlled Phase II and passed on the pita. Today will be the big test with pancakes, maple syrup and butter in front of me all day. The good news is that you get really sick of them when you've cooked for an hour or so!
Gotta dash. Hang in there, Phase Woners, and have a lovely day.

Its my 3rd week on sbd and I have a ton of weight to lose...over 150 lbs. I lost 26 lbs the first 2 weeks.. which I realize is due to the large amount Im carrying... etc... since we began
"phase 2" albeit thats been strawberries at 1 meal a day twice this week and cantaloupe once, and uncle sam cereal last monday... Ive lost not 1lb nothing... since last Sunday... Im just devastated...I realize it slows down... but Ive screeched to a halt... Im about to toss all the fruit out again ! Ive been militant about not cheating .. no candies... sugars.... white anything .. Anyway.. just wondering if anyone else has encountered this! I posted this in the wrong forum by mistake ! They had not done sbd ..

Usually people continue to lose in P2. It usually goes a lot slower. Have you been watching your salt intake? I know for me when I eat something that has a lot of salt in it I bloat and hold a lot of water weight. I don't think it could be caused by the fruit though unless it's making you eat a lot more than usual. Some people on SB don't experience weight loss one week but then in the next couple of weeks or so they drop a ton of weight. I've also heard through another board that some people retain weight after working out especially if they are weight training.
26lbs is a great weight loss CONGRATS.

Hey Chicks,
Today is P1 D6 for me and last night was a rough one. I don't know why but I wanted to eat everything chocolate. I usually don't even eat sweets go figure. I ended up getting a sf fudgescicle and calling it an early night. Today should be a fun day. I'm taking my girls to a fair that's entirely free. yeah!!!
Good luck on the beach everyone.

Long hard day with many temptations and I succumbed to some of them. It's time to close this thread and start a new one. A bit early but...... see y'all in the morning with a fresh day! I'm seriously considering bed!
