I'm on plan today because I don't want this roller coaster to slow down, I'm having too much fun! I just looked at my ticker/stats again...for like the hundredth time. It's almost surreal! I have 22 pounds to lose to get to the 145 pound goal my doctor set (27 for my personal goal). When I started this whole thing I wondered if I could lose 20 pounds....now that's about all I have left. I just can't believe it....
The ONE reason I am staying on plan today - the 150's. I wanna be there soooo badly. And not even 9 months ago the 150's seemed like a fairytale and now here it is just 2 lbs away. Besides at this point, there's nothing, nothing that could get me OFF plan. I am just so totally psyched.
My ONE reason for staying on plan today is.....I KNOW I am gonna own those 2-teens this Friday! I had a great on plan weekend and everyone else is on fire....so I KNOW I am gonna be right there with them!

I'm staying on plan today because I saw 186 on the scale this morning, which represents a 4-pound loss since last week. I hope I see it again tomorrow morning!
The one reason I'm staying OP today is MY HEALTH. MY TOTAL CHOLESTEROL IS 137. My HDL was 49 and LDL is 88. I want to raise my HDL so I need to stay OP.
