I love subway too! 6" oven roasted chicken breast with tons of veggies is amazing. I get the fat free honey mustard sauce instead of mayo, and I don't miss the mayo at all. Oh and no cheese - but I don't really like processed cheese anyways.

Oh and Extreme Pita - same as Pita Pit, grilled chicken w/ no cheese and tzatiki (sp??) sauce is about 380 cals. So good & filling.

Also, I like the salads from mcd's, I get the grilled chicken ceasar salad, it's 475 cals with 1/2 pack of the dressing. Quite a few calories but I definitely don't need a snack or anything, totally fills me up.

I'm the same, I try to plan and bring stuff from home but it's hard sometimes - and it's good that there ARE decent choices out there.
