Great recipe! I used black cherry WW yogurt, and even my three month old kitten loved them!

Oh my I tried this recipe this morning and added cinnamon and nutmeg. Perfect with one or two packets of Splenda. This really freed me from boring oatmeal and eggbeaters.

This sounds like a really good recipe. I'm going to try it tomorrow morning. I just started Phase I today and was hoping I'd find some alternative to egg whites/oatmeal/yogurt for breakfast. Thanks.

I tried these this morning. I liked the flavor but the texture was too "eggy" for me. Next time I'll reduce the amount of egg white.

these pancakes are really good. i used egg beater liquid whites, instant oat meal, and 1 banana. mixed it in a small blender and made it on a hot pan with olive oil. they even looked like better pancakes compared to others i have made in the past from a box. tasted good too

These are soooooo good!!! Me and my roommate are doing this and are feeling great! These pancakes defiantly help her eat oatmeal because she really can't stand eating it by itself. And they help me get in eggs because I'm not a very big fan of eggs. Thanks for posting this! =)
