RA, I think that the reason why the P2 meals have so many additions is that he's trying to show what it might look like once you realize what your
Phase 2 Combo is. I agree, it's frustrating and confusing. If you change the item you eat each day, what you'll find is that you won't know exactly what's causing the problem if you stall or gain. If you stick with a pita each day, you'll know for sure whether or not it's a problem for you. If that's boring (I understand!) do as Schatzi suggested and try a different kind of bread. You'll be really confused if you do pita one day, apple the next, and pasta the next.
