I check the WW at Home forum, where I respond to a weekly weigh-in thread. I check the other WW forums occasionally for information on the program. I frequent the Exercise forum, where I always post in the Exercise Accountability thread and the Advice on Becoming a Runner thread. I also check the "Support" forum instead of just coming to this particular support group. This is my favorite one, though!
I haven't ventured out much, yet. I've lurked in the Chicks that Lift (is that the right name?) but haven't started lifting again (next week - I'm so excited!!) so I'll wait to join in. You guys are my comfort zone right now, I'm happy here.

- Maintainers Forum (excellent info there -- after all, isn't the goal to MAINTAIN our losses!)

I lurk in some places morethan others, but love all of these places.
I respond to any of the boards that interest me. Mostly the general chatter, support, Atkins and Maintainers. Love the NSV threads . Also the lighten up threads.
