That's funny marble, because I got mine from Collage as well and got the vitamins. Interesting.

I did the entire Jump Start Cardio this morning and thought it was a good workout. I did most of it without the bar as he recommends for the first run through but for some of the exercises I got absolutely NO really oomph from it until I added the bar. Next time I do this workout, I plan to try the bar the entire time. If you've ever done TaeBo before, you probably know most of the moves, but if you don't at the end of the Jump Start DVD is a bonus workout where you can learn the moves. I didn't have time to look at that, but since I've done TaeBo before , most of the moves were familiar.

The only mistake I made was doing an upper body weight workout with weights before doing this DVD. My shoulders got a bit sore from doing both so next time I think I'll do my upper body weights afterwards and only hit the areas I think Billy might have missed.

hmmm, maybe I threw the vitamins away? have to check the box now, but the paper packing didn't show any? thanks for that info linda!

I've done Tae-Bo years ago and know the moves....this is my first time back since I fractured my shoulder about 16 months ago. I didn't check the bonus part either, no time yet.

in Tae-Bo Celebrity sculpt he does upper body first part of the work-out then concentrates on lower.

if I never make it all the way through I'll end up lob-sided.....buff on top only

I did the second AMPED DVD this morning.. fat burning Accelerator without the bar. OMG!! It's tough and really got my heart rate up. Not sure when I'll attempt doing this one with the bar for the whole time. I think that will have to be worked up to!

I've been practising with the Amplifier and the book where he shows the poses to get proper form (insteading of whacking myself in the head), but I can't use the bar and be fast enough on the DVD right now. I've only done the jumpstart one, I don't think i'm ready to move on yet. but I LIKE the workout, it doesn't bore me.
