Like everyone else said, you're looking great! I can definitely see the changes, you are getting smaller all over! If you need extra reassurance, start using a tape measure. Tape your arms, hips, waist, everything, then re-tape on a regular basis. My first taping scared me, but it was nice to be able to see little victories, even when they weren't on the scale or in the photos.
