Me: 182, same as last week. Counting this as a victory, since I was up four or five pounds at the start of the week. I've just been having odd fluctuations ever since I got below the 200 mark. That's ok, I don't care if the road is a bit curvy as long as it gets me to my final destination eventually.
I am down 4 lbs. this week. For the last 3 weeks I have been losing so slowly so this is a welcome change. There may be a chance for me to meet my Christmas goal after all.

Maintained this week at 187. I expected it; I had a so-so eating week, ending with a night out Wednesday with some girls from work and had butternut squash ravioli, caesar salad, and creme brulee! But man, was it good...
I'm down 1 pound from last Friday, 6 pounds total.
I had it in mind that I was going to try to be at 220 on Tuesday when I have a doctor's appointment, but it's a roll of the dice as to whether I get there.
This week I lost 2 lbs. This is a great considering I was stalled for two weeks. I never lose the week of TOM but usually have a drop right after but not this time. In the overall picture though I have lost 40 lbs.
I lost 3.8 this past week...although I can't figure out why since I barely got in any exercise. I would kill for about 8 more hours in the day. I'm worried about next week though!!
